Want to be more active? Salmon is home to a variety of options. Winter hockey teams for 6 years old through full adults are a great way to spend time outside with sports. Plus, you get to play on Salmon, Idaho’s great outdoor hockey rink with a spectacular view! Summer baseball leagues offer a warm whether sports option for getting out and getting active. Mountain biking trails are being improved all over the area and offer miles of downhill and cross country adventure. If you’re feeling more leisurely, bowling is available at Salmon’s Strike Zone, and our 9-hole golf course can keep you moving in the summer.

Looking for a regular fitness schedule? Check out Lat 45 CrossFit, a small gym owned by locals and open to anyone of any fitness level. Classes are available most weekdays in the morning and evening, and offer personalized instruction with training that is social, effective, and fun.
